  • Those are some big puppers! You guys take such good care of your dogs. It’s nice to see. Especially after perusal Joey Graceffa’s puppy debacle. I have had a lab in the past. Most recently I have had Maltese. I am actually looking into getting a lab to train as my service dog. I have Autism bipolar and I am hearing impaired. We are hoping I will be able to gain independence with the help of a service dog. We are meeting with a trainer soon. That kind of handling is important to keep mom healthy and it helps the puppies a lot too.

  • They do make special trimmers for dog nails and I recommend them over an ordinary nail clipper. A dog nail clipper securely grips the concavity of the nail an slides a strong blade to shear off the nail cleanly. The blade can be removed and sharpened or replaced. You won’t be able to trim adult nails with a trimmer like the one you’re using so it is worthwhile getting one.
